May 8, 2005: My friend Syl has been watching with amusement how poorly the Yankees have been playing, with all their pitching problems. She wrote this song a couple of days prior to the Kentucky Derby. George Steinbrenner's horse was favored to win. Unfortunately for George, like his Yankees appear to be doing, the horse finished out of the money. This is the second of three songs by three different authors that are posted to my page at the same time.
