April 18, 2003: The Hall of Fame was to hold a celebration honoring the 15th anniversary of the film Bull Durham. Unfortunately, the head of the Hall of Fame, Dale Petroskey, cancelled the celebration because of his disfavor with the anti-war position held by two of the movie's stars.
